Are you ready for the Industrial Internet Summit?
The inaugural Industrial Internet Summit, developed to assist leaders navigating the migration to the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), will be held in Sydney later this month.
Running from 15–16 February, the summit seeks to offer a solid understanding of future trends, challenges and opportunities. It will provide attendees with new ideas, new connections and new insights from IoT specialists and strategists, early adopters, industry data experts and cloud leaders.
The summit will mix keynotes, cross-industry case studies from local and global leaders and accelerated workshops moderated by experts. For example, the summit’s manufacturing industry partner, Rockwell Automation, will moderate a roundtable discussion titled ‘From theory to reality — putting IoT to work in manufacturing and industrial operations’.
David Hegarty, managing director, South Pacific at Rockwell, will meanwhile participate as a panellist in the forum ‘The new age of Industry and manufacturing with IoT’. This will cover principal topics centred on how to build the smart factory, create intelligent machines with next-generation IoT and best practice IoT for manufacturers, supply chain, utilities, mining and precision agriculture.
These are just some of the activities taking place at the summit, to be held at the SMC Conference & Function Centre. For more information and to register, visit http://www.iiotsummit.com.au.
