Fake LEDs are circulating, according to Tenrod, which says PCB-mounted and general application types, not high-power versions, are being offered for sale.

The company says Kingbright and Dominant LEDs have been sold to Australian OEMs and CEMs and warns that the devices are not only different, they don’t always work.
