Data centre forum

Monday, 19 July, 2010

In recognition of rapid changes in data centre technology and the ongoing rise in demand for energy efficiency, availability and flexibility, Emerson Network Power is bringing its NextGen ICT Infrastructure Forum to three key cities at the end of July.

The forum offers a new perspective on IT infrastructure through the introduction of the company’s next-generation solutions that address issues in the data centre. The one-day event consists of morning seminars and afternoon deep-dive sessions, to give users, partners and end users an opportunity to network with Emerson executives and get solution recommendations specific to their data centre needs.

Running from 9 am to midday and best suited to IT managers and CIOs, the morning seminars provide a broad overview of technology breakthroughs and integrated infrastructure solutions for evolving networks and data centres.

The afternoon sessions, scheduled from 2 to 5 pm, focus specifically on power and cooling technologies, and will cater to consultants and technical managers. Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions of the day for a holistic view of the next-generation solutions available for their network.

The forum will be held in the Hyatt Hotel, Canberra, on July 22; Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, on July 27; and Adelaide Hilton Hotel, on July 29. The full program for the event is available for download at http://www.nextgenitcinfra.com.
