element14 partners with 4D Systems

element14 has signed an agreement 4D Systems to distribute the 4D Systems range of products exclusively in Australia.

The range includes OLED and LCD display modules, audio and camera modules, graphic development tools and starter kits for quick out-of-the-box applications. 4D Systems, a global intelligent graphics solutions company headquartered in Sydney, designs, develops and manufactures intelligent graphics solutions. The solutions incorporate the latest OLED and LCD technology available with an embedded custom graphics processor to create compact products which can be utilised with a host or as stand-alone systems. The products are compatible with many development tools including Beaglebone, Arduino and Raspberry Pi.

Some of the new products include: the 4.3″ TFT LCD CAPE specifically designed for the Beagle Bone Black for direct user interaction and information display, the Arduino Display Module uLCD-43PT-AR which enables connection of the 4D Arduino Adaptor Shield to the 4.3″ Display Module quickly to start programming and the 4D Serial Pi Adaptor for the Raspberry Pi.
