Emerson completes chloride acquisition

Emerson has completed its acquisition of the Chloride Group, which now joins global product brands within Emerson Network Power.
Chloride's UPS technology, strong European presence and service and custom power solutions across a wide range of applications complement Emerson's other brands and businesses, including Liebert, Avocent, Energy Systems, Knurr, ASCO and Aperture.
