IT&T performance in corporate Australia
East & Partners' quarterly benchmark of IT&T supplier performance, has just been released.
The report identified critical issues to Top 500 CEOs in their supplier relationships and how suppliers are delivering against these. There are major variances between individual vendor scores across the 31 performance measures used in this benchmarking.
Significant change is apparent in comparisons between the last two quarters in overall ratings for individual suppliers "“ general improvement is evident from the industry as a whole, with the good getting better and the bad getting worse appearing to be a general conclusion.
