Mirtec celebrates 15th anniversary

Mirtec, a supplier of automated inspection systems to the electronics manufacturing industry, has announced its 15-year anniversary.

“This is a great milestone for our organisation,” said Brian D’Amico, President, North American Sales and Service Division. In 1999, Mirtec started out with a handful of people who shared a common vision; to be the number one supplier of technologically advanced inspection equipment to the electronics manufacturing industry.

Over the years, Mirtec has adopted an aggressive expansion strategy resulting in a total of eight worldwide divisions. The company’s corporate headquarters is located in Seoul, South Korea, with its new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in nearby Anseong. In addition to these direct sales and service divisions, the company has developed a strong network of more than 60 international representatives and distributors, providing its customers with a much-required local presence.
