Mouser receives AS9100C certification

Mouser Electronics has announced that it has satisfied the rigorous audits of process control, quality management and risk management to be registered to AS9100C.

AS9100C is a quality management certification that assures the distribution of the highest quality components by providing traceability, risk management, process control, customer support, product availability and completeness of documentation. This certification builds on Mouser’s AS9120A quality management standards and further demonstrates Mouser Electronics’ commitment to quality and customer service excellence.

AS9100C certification requires strict monitoring of the entire quality management system, which includes statutory and regulatory requirements, product constancy, on-time delivery and timely handling of customer support requests. To further support AS9100C, Mouser Electronics has developed and implemented programs that see to the continuous monitoring and improvement of customer satisfaction.
