Renesas Electronics opens its doors
Completing a merger transaction between former NEC Electronics and Renesas Technology, the newly established Renesas Electronics Corporation has started operations.
The new company will focus on three areas of technology expertise, including microcontrollers, SoC solutions, and analog and power devices.
The company aims to establish a strong new semiconductor company.
Renesas will also use its resources generated through streamlined operations and focus on expanding businesses in the global market.
