Mini-Circuits EP-Series ultrawideband power splitters
Mini-Circuits’ EP-Series ultrawideband MMIC splitter/combiners cover a frequency range of 1.8 to 26.5 GHz, making them suitable for defence and instrumentation applications requiring full coverage in a single component. The GaAs IPD technology provides high performance, a high power handling capability of up to 2.5 W and efficient heat dissipation.
The series provides 1.1 dB typical insertion loss; 20 dB typical isolation; low phase and amplitude unbalance; and DC passing up to 1.2 A. It has a tiny footprint of 4 x 4 x 1 mm.
