Yantel Coaxial Temperature Compensation Attenuator Co-TCA Series
The Coaxial Temperature Compensation Attenuator Co-TCA Series from Yantel offers a frequency range of DC to 6 GHz, a power rating of 2 W, impedance of 50 Ω and operating temperature of -55 to 150°C. It has high attenuation accuracy, zero distortion and no phase changes or time delay caused by temperature variation.
The attenuator has many applications, including multistage power amplifiers due to temperature compensation and RF isolation, linear power amplifiers as no extra IP3 exists, satellite communication, broadcast and radar. Due to its small size it can easily be designed in RF power amplifier to replace AGC loop circuit, which is easy for the regeneration of RF circuit.
