Perfect order delivery earns AVX a POI Award
Arrow Electronics has awarded AVX Corporation a gold-level Perfect Order Index (POI) Award in the Passive Electromechanical Components Supplier category.
Launched in 2012, the POI Awards recognise Arrow suppliers that achieve best-in-class performance by delivering perfect orders, as measured by the same eight-point measurement system to which Arrow holds itself accountable with regard to on-time delivery and end-to-end customer quality, including: the right product, the right quality, and delivery at the right place and the right time.
“This year’s award represents a second consecutive win for AVX, and we are honoured to have again been recognised by Arrow Electronics for our steadfast commitment to delivering innovative, quality products and superlative customer service,” said Pete Venuto, senior vice president of sales, AVX.
“We make it our mission to be and to provide the very best, and we couldn’t do that without the hard work and dedication of the various people that comprise both companies.”
