It has 8 KB flash memory, 256 byte RAM data memory, 512 byte auxiliary on-chip RAM, 2 byte customer data EEPROM, two 16 bit counter/timers, real-time clock, capture/compare unit and two analog comparators.
The device has enhanced UART, I2C and SPI communication ports, 8 keypad and two external interrupt inputs, watchdog timer and on-chip power-on reset.
