Cree RF CGH40045 pill package transistor
The Cree RF GaN HEMT transistor CGH40045 is now available in a thermally enhanced pill package, suitable for small form factor HPAs, and allows reflow soldering to a heat sink. It offers the same performance in a smaller size.
The 45 W, RF power device operates from a 28 V rail and is a general-purpose, broadband solution for a variety of RF and microwave applications. The device has high efficiency, high gain and wide bandwidth, making it suitable for linear and compressed amplifier circuits. The transistor is available in a flange and pill package.
