Crystek’s CVCO55CC-2745-2860 voltage controlled oscillator operates from 2745 to 2860 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5~4.5. Typical phase noise is 106 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset with good linearity. Output power is typically +4 dBm.

The model device has an input voltage of 5, with a maximum current consumption of 35 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimised to 0.8 and 1.3 MHz/V. Second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typical.
