The Futek LCF400 pancake load cell has been designed to resist high extraneous loads, primarily due to its one-piece construction. Typical applications include fatigue and endurance testing where long performance cycles are required.
Made of 17-4 stainless steel, the load cell has female/female threads and a broad capacity ranging from 113–2267 kg. It utilises metal foil strain gauge technology and features non-linearity of ±0.10%, bridge resistance of 700Ω and deflection of 0.002 to 0.005″ nominal. The load cell can be modified or customised to meet the user’s requirements.
