IEI has released a series of large-screen Afolux panel PCs. The AFL-26A (26") and AFL-642A (42") series was designed to meet the demand emerging from semi-industrial computing markets such as clinical to factory environments, restaurants to schools and entertainment to surveillance.
The PCs are supplied with an option of a Core 2 Duo or Athlon CPU. The high-resolution full HD LCD screen has portrait installation capability.
The PCs are durable and reliable to resist long-hour usage. Being IP64 rated, they are resistant to dirt and water spray.
Both displays are touch-screen capable with SAW touch option available for the 26" model. Systems are pre-installed with digital signage software or a custom solution can be designed.
Features include: Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n connection (26" with invisible antenna), access the PC remotely and feed content via wireless networking; built-in speakers; built-in Bluetooth allows wireless connection to devices such as headphones, printers, bar code readers or game controllers; ambient light sensor helps conserve energy; VESA-mountable; set of USB and full legacy I/O ports for peripherals and accessories; support for Windows XP embedded (optional); optional 26" SAW touch panel with RS232 interface.
