This Class B device delivers 500-600 W CW, up to 82% collector efficiency, with harmonic suppression at -30 dBc.
It operates from -10 to +60 °C with a typical gain of 21 dB that allows the system designer to supply only 4.5 W input (at 550 W Pout), eliminating one or more gain stages to save cost.
