Treotham has released the SNV4063KP safety switch that has a selectable access delay for applications on machines that have a slow run-downtime.
This single- or two-channel emergency stop unit is for safety gate applications to protect people and machinery during manufacturing.
It also suits monitoring interlocking installations with position switches and integrated locking, as well as on-delay unlocking of the solenoid integrated in the position switches.
Using this equipment obviates the need to use two relays.
A major feature of the device is its on-delay safety relay, which is suitable for use with any machine — or where there are rotating parts and the machine has a run-down time.
The switch has a 2-channel control along with an optional synchrocheck of the limit switches.
