Axiomtek introduces the NA343 network security appliance. The slim (44 x 231.9 x 152 mm) device comes with a high-bandwidth DDR3L-1600 SO-DIMM slot with memory up to 8 GB.

The network communication system is powered by dual-core Intel Celeron processor N3060, which improves power and efficiency. The platform supports data protection via a latch-type LAN bypass function and features BIOS redirection to the console port. Four Gigabit Ethernet ports are integrated into the unit.

The product features one 2.5″ SATA hard drive and one CFast socket for extensive storage options. One PCI Express Mini card is available for wireless (Wi-Fi/3G/LTE) card installation. Other I/O features include one RJ45 console port and two USB 3.0 ports.

The appliance supports mainstream Win7, WES7, Win8, WE8S and Linux operating systems. It also has acquired FCC Class B and CE Class B certifications. The front-facing LED indicators are available for convenient monitoring of power, LAN and HDD activity, while the front bezel and chassis colour can be customised based on the user’s demands.

The product can be applied for high-density payload situations due to its low-power design. It is suitable for various applications, including VPN, content filtering, UTM, network security gateways and firewalls.
