Soanar Pretec M2100 solid state drive series

The Pretec M2100 series of solid state drives is designed to meet the demands of server environments and enterprise applications.

Offering a storage upgrade from traditional hard disk drives, the device is supplied with external 128 MB DDR2 cache, which boosts the drive performance and increases durability.

Features include: fully compliant with SATA I (1.5 Gbps)/II (3.0 Gbps) standard and mini USB 2.0 interface; performance for M2100 Elite (MLC) series, SATA interface - read - 230 MBps, write - 170 MBps (max), USB interface - read - 30 MBps, write - 20 MBps (max); fully compliant with serial ATA International Organisation: serial ATA revision 2.6; fully compliant with ATA/ATAPI-7 standard; 128 MB DDR2 cache on board; internal 24-bit ECC; data integrity under power cycling; MTBF: 1,000,000 hours; operating: - 1500 g, duration 0.5 ms, half sine wave; vibration - 20 g peak, 10 KHz ~ 2 KHz with 3 axis; fully compliant with RoHS, CE and FCC directive.

The series is available from 32 GB to 1 TB capacity. Also available is the M2100 SSD Pro (SLC) series.
