The system combines a motor, integrated planetary gearhead and high-resolution encoder into a single unit, enabling maximum performance within minimal space. This integrated architecture reduces complexity while improving thermal management and overall system efficiency.
With torque capability of up to 20 Nm and a compact installation length of approximately 34 mm, the system achieves high power density and fast response times, making it suitable for space-constrained robotic joints and precision motion systems.
The integrated absolute encoder supports precise positioning and stable control, even in environments where accuracy and repeatability are critical. Combined with FAULHABER motion controllers, the BXI system forms a complete, optimised drive solution for complex motion tasks.
