iEi’s DRPC AIoT Developer Kit, featuring fast processing and low latency, is equipped with a powerful 11th Gen Intel Core processor (Tiger Lake-UP3). The kit is compact in size and supports four 2.5 GbE ports with an optional PoE function for high data transmission speed. Its modular design allows users to easily expand extra I/O interfaces and add an AI PCIe accelerator card, the Mustang-V100, to improve AI computing performance.
The kit is integrated with Intel Iris Xe graphics, which offers good GPU computing capability with up to 96 EUs and fast graphics performance. Powered by the Intel Distribution of OpenVINO toolkit and VNNI technology to improve AI performance, it enables users to enjoy next-gen AI in automation, smart retail and computer vision applications.
Its compact design means the kit can be easily deployed in space-limited applications like electronic toll collection or traffic control boxes. The product is designed to speed up project detection, image segmentation of number plates and recognition of vehicle models and colours. The lightweight system is also suitable for retail management solutions: it can integrate with four IP cameras for customer management to check social distancing, ensure customers comply with mask policy and monitor the number of people.
