Yamaha’s YsUP software for SMT machinery offers a range of benefits for PCB manufacturers of all sizes. Designed to meet the demands of Industry 4.0, Yamaha’s software suite enables OEMs, CEMs and small operators to overcome the challenges of disconnected machinery and multi-vendor environments.

YsUP’s full factory suite of products, P, S and T tools are designed to work together as part of an integrated ecosystem to enhance various aspects of the SMT assembly process. P Tools programs and schedules tasks including data conversion and visual editing. S Tools centres on production assistance and material management, including component setup verification. T Tools focuses on traceability, production history management and quality analysis support.

With one smart, interconnected ecosystem, the software bridges the gap in non-machine-to-machine (M2M) environments, providing manufacturers with a united M2M communication portal for traceability, control and optimisation across many brands and suppliers. The YsUP Dashboard incorporates real-time monitoring, automatic analytics, customisable thresholds and production analytics plus component pickup analysis. Yamaha’s intelligent factory software provides manufacturers with tools for automation and connectivity to achieve smarter, more efficient PCB assembly.
