Harwin EZ-Boardware RFI shield clips
Harwin has added three additional sizes to its EZ-Boardware range of RFI shield clips.
The clips are suitable for small and low-profile shield cans, with wall thicknesses of between 0.15 and 0.20 mm. Two clips are only 3.9 mm in length, allowing even smaller cans to be fixed to the PCB. The third clip is designed to provide higher grip on the shield can, providing around 30% more retention.
The RFI shield clips have a spring contact design with a low profile and high force resistance. There is no need for soldering and shield placement and removal is easy. The small-sized clips are suitable for miniature electronics, as well as patient monitoring systems, sat nav, POS terminals and security systems.
