WL Gore & Associates has introduced a 40 nm-rated filter, for use with chemicals in wet processes and distribution systems, providing 40 nm retention while maintaining the flow of 50 nm filters.
The drop-in substitution of the filters can upgrade retention performance and reduce particle counts while maintaining flow rate, reducing processing times and increasing flow rates and bath turnovers.
