EM Test ESD 30N ESD tester
The EM Test ESD 30N is an ESD tester for simulating ESD pulses to 30 kV with discharges up to 20 Hz in both air and contact discharge modes.
The device is compliant with ESD testing to EN/IEC 61000-4-2 and motor vehicle test applications, with easy-to-change tips, R/C discharge networks and a special ‘bleed-off’ function to discharge the DUT before the application of the next pulse, avoiding inadvertent ‘double stressing’.
Another feature is the ability to also measure temperature and humidity, important for evaluating the device under test for ESD immunity.
Operation of the tester can be manual or via optional Windows 7 and Vista compatible control software with test reporting, data management, standards library and test routines manager.
