Epcos has extended its range of 3-line EMC filters with a series for frequency converters.
It is distinguished by attenuation properties that offer advantages, especially with long motor leads.
The filters of the B84143D*R127 series are designed for currents from 16 to 200 A at a rated voltage of 520. Their high rated temperature of 50°C also makes them suitable for fitting in switching cabinets.
Book-style housing design allows the filters to be incorporated in limited space. Applications of these new EMC input filters include pumps, HVAC, printing machines and conveyor systems.
