Altronics S0158 No Touch Infrared Proximity Switch
Altronics has released the S0158 No Touch Infrared Proximity Switch, designed to be used in conjunction with automatic door systems for opening doors with a wave of the hand.
The product is suitable for use indoors or out due to its stainless steel construction and IP65 sealed design. It can be configured to either momentary or ON/OFF alternate operation. A red/green ring indicator provides visual indication that motion has been detected and door movement is being activated. Sensitivity can be adjusted to provide detection distances between 4 and 15 cm.
The switch is suitable for no-touch access control in for hospitals, surgeries, offices, retail shops and schools.
