Rohm has released the L version series EEPROMs which includes the company's original double-cell structure enabling high reliability.
Other features include 1,000,000 write cycle in each cell, 1.8 V low voltage operating (read/write) and 40 years data retention, 5 ms of write cycle time.
Built-in inadvertent write protection such as power on reset, Vcc lock-out function are available in a variety of small packages.
