Futek LTH350 donut/thru hole load cell

Thursday, 17 June, 2010 | Supplied by: Metromatics Pty Ltd

Futek has added to its USB sensor range with the LTH350 donut/thru hole load cell with a USB output option.

It provides miniature solutions for applications where space is limited.

The module with USB output eliminates the need for an analog amplifier, power supply and display equipment. The plug and play allows the user to monitor the output of the sensor and receiving measurement.

The USB integration also includes the company’s basic USB software that allows users to monitor the output of the sensor in real time. Extended USB software is also available for data logging and other features.

The load cell has a high-capacity range relevant to its miniature size. This model may be offered in a 45 capacity up to 2268 kgs. The standard model has a robust construction available in 17-4 stainless steel, with an ID range of 1/8 to 5/8-in and a 24 AWG, four conductor, spiral-shielded 3 m long Teflon cable.

It has nonlinearity of ±0.5%. Improved accuracy is available when required. Deflection of 0.002-in is nominal.
