Sensirion differential pressure sensor range

Wednesday, 28 March, 2012 | Supplied by: Soanar Limited

The digital and analog differential pressure sensors from Sensirion offer high accuracy and resolution, especially at low differential pressures. The small design makes them suitable for price-sensitive solutions, eg, in medical and HVAC applications. Each sensor is individually calibrated and temperature compensated.

Their performance is based on the CMOSens dynamic measuring principle, in which the differential pressure is determined using intrinsic flow measurement. The sensor is free flowing producing no dead zones unlike traditional static differential pressure sensors that are based on stress-sensitive membrane structures.

Key properties include: precision - down to 0.2%; small, fast and stable; high accuracy and resolution (0.05 Pa), even at low differential pressures; zero offset, no drift; mounting position independent.
