SciTech has released two machine vision sensors - the In-Sight 5100 and the In-Sight 5400.

Both models meet IEC specifications for shock and vibration and achieve an IP67 (NEMA 6) rating for dust and washdown protection. They are true industrial-grade vision sensors that can be deployed virtually anywhere on the factory floor.

In addition to powerful processing, both models acquire up to 60 full frames per second. When a full image is not required, even higher speeds are possible using partial acquisition. With M12 connectors and metal housing, the 5400 will tolerate the toughest applications.

The sensors include a full library of Cognex vision tools. The vision spreadsheet and In-Sight Explorer software make application development and network administration fast and simple.
