Link Communications Corporation, a nationwide outsourced call centre provider today announced plans to double the size of their contact centre operations in Adelaide.

The expansion will increase capacity from 50 to 100 seats, creating jobs for an additional 90 people, and should be finished by early 2002. The centre, located in Adelaide's inner suburb of Wayville, will also undergo an extensive refit and technology upgrade to incorporate the provision of a proprietary web based service delivery platform.

Link General Manager Operations, Mr. Martin Thomas, said "Link's Adelaide Contact Centre already handles a large volume of local and interstate traffic, including the provision of Mitsubishi's Customer Assistance Centre. We see it as a natural progression to extend our Adelaide operation to take advantage of the skill and aptitude of local candidates."
