Agilent Acquisition Extends Test Solutions
Agilent Technologies has agreed to acquire Digital Technology and its sister company, Dynamic Digital Technology.
Digital Technology is based in Bedford, Mass., US and Dynamic is based in Calcutta. It provides network-protocol test solutions.
Buying these companies is expected to extend Agilent's ability to deliver test solutions used by network equipment manufacturers and service providers to develop, select and deploy next-generation, IP-based products and services.
