Elenex and Automate Set the Industry Buzzing

Elenex and Automate 2000 surpassed all expectations, drawing an audience of 8,362 key buyers, specifiers and decision-makers from the manufacturing and process industries and treating them to many exciting and interesting innovations in Australian and International technology.

Mr John Psalidas, Exhibition Manager with show organisers Australian Exhibition Services (AES) reports they were extremely pleased with this years show.

"We have worked closely with the industry to develop a show with relevance to all its members. Visitors and exhibitors benefited from the opportunity to network at the show and to develop sales leads and potential sales avenues."

Every year the standard of exhibitors and products at Elenex and Automate is getting better. With this in mind the judges of the ten award categories found it increasingly difficult to select winners. This year was no exception.

*Best Automate Product Award - Balluff-Leuze Pty Ltd for the Optical Safety Light Curtain.

*Best Shell Stand Elenex - FCI Connectors Aust Pty Ltd.

*Best Free Design Stand Elenex - under 36 m² - OK International.

*Best Free Design Stand Elenex - 36 m² and over - Phoenix Contact Pty Ltd.

*Best Shell Stand Automate - Pepperl + Fuchs.

*Best Free Design Stand Automate - under 36 m² - Intellution Australia.

*Best Free Design Stand Automate - 36 m² and over - SEW-Eurodrive.
