The Future module 202-15 is a soldering system that enables soldering and SMD rework within the one station. It is designed with an ergonomic grip with short-tip-to-hand distance giving pen-like fine control.

This high-output, temperature controlled soldering station uses a composite tip, incorporating heater and sensor functions into one element.

It has several process control features making it applicable to a broad range of conventional or lead-free soldering.

Features include programmable auto power shut-off, LED warning lamp on all hand pieces and integral barcode reader that instantly recognises tip profile and compensates for thermal variances ensuring tip calibration.

The station also has a function that prevents operators changing temperature settings or process parameters without the supervisor control card.

The module includes power module, FM2021 soldering iron, iron holder, cleaning sponge, control card, power cord, tip stand, tip sleeve and heat-resistant pad. There is also an optional parallel remover and mini parallel remover for safe and rapid SMD removal.
