Advantech EKI-6528TI/EKI-6528TPI PoE switch range
Advantech has announced the EN50155 certification of its unmanaged ethernet switches: EKI-6528TI and EKI-6528TPI PoE switch. The switches are designed to transmit data for many applications such as video surveillance systems and carriage status monitors on high-speed rail lines, subways, trams or buses.
The wide temperature range EKI-6528TI and EKI-6528TPI PoE have passed EN50155 certification, which enables them to withstand severe shock and vibration. The switches also offer an auto bypass feature to guarantee train communication is not interrupted in the event of power failure in a carriage.
