Aplex’s APC-3X85 series of industrial panel PCs features a 12.1 to 19″ low power consumption IP65 display and in-built Intel Atom N270 1.6 GHz processor.

The slimline series is constructed from a steel front bezel and an aluminium extrusion encloses the back. It is fully IP65 compliant, offering high resistance to liquids and protection against dust and other particles with the exception of the I/O panel.

The external I/O layout offers the user 4x USB 2.0 ports, 2x RJ45 LAN ports, 1x DC power input, 1 x DB-9 RS232 (COM 1) plus 1x DB-9 and COM2 (RS232/422/485).

The 12.1, 15 and 19″ TFT-LCD display has 350 cd/m^² brightness and a maximum resolution for the 12.1″ of 800 x 600, 15″ 1024 x 768 and 19″ 1280 x 1024 with a backlight lifetime of 50,000 h.

There is also an option for a resistive touch screen. Other features include a wide-range DC input of 11 to 32 V, space for 1x 2.5″ SATA HDD and an internal CF slot as well as a SO-DIMM slot supporting up to 2 GB.

It supports Windows XP Pro, XP Embedded operating systems and is 75 x 75 VESA mountable.
