Clarke & Severn Electronics has introduced the Crystal Oscillator Configurator, which can be accessed from the company’s website or webshop. Users can choose the package style of programmable oscillator; select the output, voltage, operating temperature, stability and frequency range; and create the part for the specific requirements of any project. The oscillators are programmed in-house using Cardinal Components programmers, allowing for a fast turnaround time.

The programmable oscillators are available in frequencies from 1 to 133 MHz. The standard package offering includes the 5 x 7 mm and 5 x 3.2 mm SMD, plastic SMD, 8-pin DIP and 14-pin DIP. The product is offered in 3.3 and 5 V with CMOS and TTL options. The programmable oscillators are suitable for avionics, COTS military, homeland security and industrial applications.

Cardinal Components also offers the high-performance programmable series of oscillators TCXO, VCXO and Spread Spectrum. The company’s extensive series of programmable products include single-ended and differential-output oscillators from 500 kHz to 800 MHz.
