The BST-1850 is a high-performance, multifunction panel PC system aimed at meeting the needs of bedside medical and nursing care. It provides nursing care, real-time clinical data, medical records management and multiple infotainment functions.

The product comes with a built-in multitouch panel with iPhone-level functionality. The system’s touch screen is made to be easily disinfected and cleaned for a medically sterile environment. All plastics in the system are certified antibacterial, dust-proof, anti-alcohol wipe and chemically resistant.

The multifunctional unit supports various I/O modules for connecting to webcam, speaker, IC card reader, 2D barcode reader and RFID, etc. It is expandable to enable fingerprint scanners, IP phone or other peripherals according to user’s demand. Through the platform, doctors and patients can view medical records in an instant. Physician joint-consultation between different divisions in hospitals or small clinics can also be held with the built-in webcam.

The system can be used as a patient leisure infotainment system to create a comfortable environment for patients by giving them access to internet, gaming, music, video and email services.
