The fanless D525 processor family of single board computers featuring the dual core Atom D525 processor has been released.

The most notable advantage over its Atom predecessors is its support for 800 MHz DDR3 memory. The D525 also provides an increase of processor speed at 1.8 GHz with no rise in power consumption. The initial launch of the processor series includes the PCISA-PV-D5251, PICOe-PV-D5251, NANO-PV-D5251 and NANO-PV-D5252.

The key features in common are gigabit LAN supporting ASF 2.0 and TPM V1.2 hardware security functions and uEFI BIOS architecture to support over 2.2 TB of HDD storage with a 64-bit operating system.

All the processors support one key recovery software that ensures system recovery after an unexpected system failure. It easily creates a full system backup on demand and allows system recovery by restoring to a previously made backup with a single click.
