iEi’s intelligent HTB-100 medical computing system is designed to meet the demands of medical applications, featuring isolated COM ports, rich I/O interface and multiple expansions. A PCIe x16 slot is reserved for add-on card expansions such as capture card for medical imaging inspection during surgery.

The quad-core PC is equipped with a waterproof top cover in order to prevent any damage from cleaning or liquid, which may indirectly affect patients. The cable cover protects the unit from dust and liquid ingress and allows medical staff to easily manage all the cables from the I/O ports, making the cleaning process convenient in medical environment.

The COM ports support 2.5 kV isolation that meets medical standard (IEC 60601-1-2 V4.0). The isolated ports should increase safety and provide comprehensive protection against electrical surges for patients and medical staffs. The grounding pin design can prevent current from running from the PC to vital devices that connect to patients, and avoid current damage from other devices.

Other features include a 6th Gen Intel Core processor platform with Intel HM170 chipset and DDR4 memory, and triple independent display with high-resolution support. The medical-grade, high-performance, fanless embedded system includes a heatsink situated on the bottom side.
