ICP Electronics has released the IMBA-C604EP high-performance ATX server board supporting the Intel Xeon E5 CPU with Intel C604 system chipset, DDR3, VGA, Dual Intel PCIe GbE, PCIe Gen 3.0, SAS 3 Gbps, SATA 6 Gbps, SATA 3 Gbps, USB 2.0 and audio.

The motherboard features a high-performance LGA2011 Xeon E5 series CPU (up to eight cores) and supports quad-channel memory technology in two DDR3 1600/1333 MHz DIMM slots, with up to 64 GB UDIMMs, 128 GB RDIMMs or 256 GB LRDIMMs of memory supported per channel.

The server management features are supported by IPMI and iKVM protocols and integrated PCI Express Generation 3 for improved bandwidth and connectivity for up to 40 lanes at 8 GT/s.

The built-in Intel Matrix RAID function supports RAID 0/1/10/5 for SATA and 0/1/10 for SAS hard-drive interfaces. The VGA display output driver forms onboard IC via AST1300 for all Xeon E5 series CPU.

The I/O-rich, industrial-grade ATX server board has been rated to successfully operate in temperatures from -10 to 60°C, while supporting 2 x USB 3.0, 11 x USB 2.0, 1 x RS232, 4 x SATA GBps, 1 x PS/2, 2 x SATA 6 GBps, 4x SAS 3 GBps and 8-bit digital I/O. IEI’s One Key Recovery solution allows the user to create rapid OS backup and recovery.
