The iVC-5F is a rugged mobile computing solution platform suitable for transportation and law enforcement. A smart power simulation design with GPS-3G keeps all recorded evidence even when powered down, while multiple COM and USB ports, as well as digital I/O, support control for in-vehicle devices. A removable HDD, industrial HDD or SSD support allows for secure storage of sensitive information.

The product supports a dual display for in-vehicle display application, VGA and LVDS, and supports high-definition display. The mobile computer has video with the option of file playback by a public player, such as an external media player.

The system features MIL-STD-810F for antivibration and shock, and is capable of handling a wide temperature range of -20 to +60°C with heater support. A smart car battery and UPS switching design allow the computer to keep solid records at all times.
