Linear Technology LTC6252/3/4 and LTC6255/6/7 operational amplifiers

Linear Technology has introduced the LTC6252/3/4 and LTC6255/6/7 single/dual/quad rail-to-rail operational amplifiers, providing speed and power efficiency in tiny packages.

The LTC6252/3/4 achieves 720 MHz GBW product and 280 V/µs slew rate while consuming 3.3 mA.

The LTC6255/6/7 provides 6.5 MHz GBW product and 1.8 V/µs slew rate, consuming 65 µA.

The 720 MHz device features low input-referred broadband noise of 2.75 nV/rtHz and slew rate of 280 V/µs. This high-speed performance is combined with DC precision: input offset is 350 µV max at room temperature, and 1 mV max from -40°C to 125°C.

It operates on supplies of 2.5 to 5.25 V and has rail-to-rail inputs and outputs with fast output overdrive recovery.

The 6.5 MHz device also features rail-to-rail inputs and outputs. It is unity gain stable and can drive capacitive loads of up to 100 nF. Operation is guaranteed with supply voltages ranging from 1.8 V to 5.25. Maximum input offset is 350 µV at 25 °C and 700 µV from -40 to 125°C.
