Mini-Circuits MGVA-63+ dual-matched MMIC amplifier
Mini-Circuits’ MGVA-63+ dual-matched MMIC amplifier covers the 40 MHz to 3 GHz band with IP2 performance of +68.4 dBm, providing the suppression of unwanted second harmonics in wideband applications. It is suitable for a range of communications bands - including cellular, cable, TV, PCS, SATCOM and WiMax - and for push-pull and balanced amplifiers and base station infrastructure applications.
Fabricated using InGaP HBT technology, the amplifier contains two well-matched dice in one package with typical gain match of 0.2 dB and phase match of 1.5°. It provides 21.4 dB gain; P1dB up to 19.4 dBm; and a high dynamic range with IP3 up to 34 dBm and a 3.6 dB typical noise figure. It runs on a 5 V, 69 mA (each amplifier) supply and comes in a 0.19 x 0.24 x 0.04″, 8-lead package.
