Mini-Circuits MNA-4A+ and MNA-4W+ monolithic amplifiers
Mini-Circuits has introduced two wideband PHEMT-based MMIC amplifiers with high active directivity.
The MNA-4A+ (0.5 to 2.5 GHz) and MNA-4W+ (0.5 to 4.5 GHz) are suitable for use as buffer amplifiers minimising interaction of adjacent circuits. They offer integrated matching, DC blocks and a bias circuit, reducing the need for complicated external circuits component count and circuit area.
The design operates on a single 2.8 to 5 V supply. It is well matched for 50Ω and comes in a low-profile 3 x 3mm 8-lead MCLP package accommodating dense circuit board layouts.
