Vishay HOTcaps series multilayer ceramic capacitors
Vishay’s high-operating-temperature, radial-leaded, multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) for automotive applications are now available. Designed for extreme automotive operating conditions, the MLCCs feature an operating temperature range of -55 to +175°C for all available ceramic dielectrics.
The HOTcaps series capacitors are AEC-Q200 compliant for high quality and performance in automotive applications, including EMI filtering in various automotive functional areas such as exhaust gas and seat position sensors, cable harnesses, turbo charger, throttle valve and brake system control. Other features include high capacitance with small size; a radial mounting style; and crimp and straight lead styles.
