ADLINK ROScube-X RQX-59 Robotic Controller

ADLINK Technology Inc. has launched the ROScube RQX-59 Series, an innovative series of robotic controllers tailored to enhance the fields of robotics, AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots) and autonomous driving. This release marks a significant advancement in intelligent automation, providing a range of industry-specific solutions, especially for outdoor applications, where it can operate under temperatures of up to 60°C. The robotic controllers have a diverse range of applications, spanning unmanned forklift robots in warehouses, automated lawn-mowing robots in farms, service robots in supermarkets, self-driving shuttle buses in airports, autonomous security robots on campuses and unmanned ocean cleaning robots near the shoreline.

The ROScube robotic controllers are part of ADLINK’s ROS 2 solution and are optimised for AI-driven robotics while keeping power usage to a minimum. The ROS 2 solution integrates the necessary hardware and software components to provide a comprehensive robotic controller in a compact, ruggedised enclosure. With its easy expandability, developers can integrate additional GPU or PCIe cards to meet the needs of their applications. The lockable USB ports of the robotic controllers make them sturdier. The robotic controller’s M.2 storage is designed to be compact with enhanced shock resistance, to make it suitable for fulfilling various AI robotics projects and innovations.

Powered by the 32 GB AGX Orin, the robotic controllers deliver up to 200 TOPS AI performance, enabling robots and autonomous systems to operate in complex environments. With the processing capabilities of NVIDIA Jetson Orin, it supports simultaneous operation of up to 8 GMSL2 or FPD-Link III cameras, amplifying situational awareness for comprehensive data capture and precise decision-making in diverse applications.
